Rocks Big Feastival Social Promotion – August 2025 

  1. Open to UK residents only, excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents, associates, printers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. Entries open on Friday 22nd August 2025 at 10am BST and close on Sunday 24th August 2025 at 11pm BST all valid entries must be received within this period.
  3. Entry via sharing your picture taken at the Rocks activation at the Big Feastival on Instagram only with #RocksFeastival, and tagging us @rocksdrinks. To enter you must have a public Instagram account.
  4. Multiple entries are allowed, and each individual one will be counted as a separate entry. Entries through agents or third parties are invalid.
  5. There are 5 prizes available, consisting of a hamper of Rocks product, only one hamper per winner and entrants can only win once.
  6. The prize consists of the above only. There are no cash alternatives, the prize is not transferable or exchangeable.In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  7. Entrant’s participation is online via Instagram only. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to this entry route.
  8. The promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Winners will never be asked by the Promoter to pay to enter the promotion.
  9. Winners will selected by means of a random draw conducted by computer programme at 10am BST on Friday 29th August 2025 and will be notified within five days of the draw date via private message on the platform and via Rocks’ stories. The account handle is @rocksdrinks
  10. The Promoter will only ever contact you via the Promoters account (@rocksdrinks). Please be aware of scammers and/or phishing accounts and note that the Promoter will not be held liable for instances of any loss where third parties have imitated, impersonated or represented themselves as the Promoter and/or otherwise connected to the promotion and Promoter. 
    1. Prizes will be sent out within 14 days, following receipt of the winner’s details (full name and address). Any prize winner who has not responded to notification within seven days of the first message from the Promoter will forfeit their prize.
    2. The Promoter may request the Winner to take part in publicity related to the subject of the Promotion. If the Winner agrees to take part in such publicity they will consent to the use of the Winner’s name, photograph (which the Winner will provide on request) and statements made by the Winner concerning the Promotion and/or prize in any promotional and advertising material and similar which arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
    3. Entry to this promotion will be deemed to constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions and entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the promoter that are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any social media site entries to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the promotion.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion.
  13. Please retain these terms and conditions for future reference.
  14. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
  15. This promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants to the promotion submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
